Duck Shit 2019

This deceptively named phoenix varietal owes its name to the clever (and possibly over-protective) farmer who first nurtured it. Or so the story goes.

On the contrary, its sweet, slightly lemon taste is accompanied by a milky, honey aroma.

This Phoenix Oolong tea was harvested from Chao Zhou, Wu Dong, and has been aged for 5 years. It is packaged in a recyclable metal tin containing a single 7 gram portion for gongfu brewing.
